Overview
In Parent-Mode, use this page to send emails to the parents of students. In Student-Mode, the page can be used to contact students directly. The filters on the page allow you to alter the list of recipients in real-time. Hit Reset at any time to start over!
Some features are only available in Parent Mode. These include Parent-Student filters, Export, and Print Labels.
Student Filters
This group of filters allows you to filter the list by student group (e.g. house, grade, gender, etc). Simply choose the filters you wish to apply and wait a moment for the list to update.
Parent-Student Filters - (Parent-Mode only)
This filter relates to the characteristics of the parent or parents. Again, simply choose the filter(s) you wish to apply and the list will automatically update.
Buttons and Checkboxes
- Export: (Parent-Mode only) click the export button to export a spreadsheet of the listed recipients and their emails.
- Print Labels: (Parent-Mode only) choose a format and click the button to export a PDF of the recipient addresses in label form, ready to print.
- Send Email: click this button to open an email feature with the selected recipients.
- Reset: resets all features to default.
- Uncheck all boxes: unchecks all the selection checkboxes, which are checked by default.
- Checkboxes: click any checkbox to select or deselect the associated recipient.
